An affordable apartment complex, Carpenter Estates consists of two- and three-bedroom units for families. PCG helped finance the construction of the development and the community services it provides.
PCG provided a $450,000 loan to the NHP Foundation to preserve 272 affordable housing units in the Congress Heights neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
This New Markets Tax Credit Program project will create space for a social enterprise restaurant, retail space, affordable housing, and office space for local vendors as part of the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood revitalization.
