A 56,000 square ft. mixed-use residential and commercial building, The Auburn is a central component of Detroit's "Live Midtown" incentive program. PCG helped finance the development, including affordable apartments and commercial spaces in the building.
San Diego Second Chance works to break the cycle of poverty and recidivism in their community by providing job training and safe, affordable transitional housing. PCG and Neighborhood National Bank provided a loan to rehab 8 affordable housing units for these low-income citizens.
