How to Become an Investor

Our loan fund is capitalized through the sale of Community Development Notes (CDNs) to qualified institutions. CDNs are designed to support the growth of community-based borrowers to promote social impact that benefits low income people and communities. Sales of CDNs must comply with all Federal and state securities laws.

Investment Terms

• Minimum amount is $25,000
• 5 years minimum term. We request that you consider investing for a longer term to enable us to provide more “patient capital” to borrowers.
• Annual return rate of 0-3%
  
  By paying investors a fixed below market rate of interest, CDNs allow us to offer affordably priced loans to borrowers.
  Your investment is well managed. We have a track record of preserving 100% of principal while paying modest returns to investors.
