We will evaluate the economic feasibility and expected social impacts of each request. We seek borrowers engaged in projects or activities:

• Located in a low-income community or primarily serve low-income people. Generating tangible benefits for low-income individuals and/or residents of the surrounding low-income communities
• Tangible benefit may include provision of affordable housing, improvement of community facilities; increased availability of quality goods and services in underserved communities; enhanced job opportunities; reduced blight and neighbor hood revitalization
• Whereby conventional sources of financing do not adequately meet the financing needs of the borrower
• With support of the local community

We prioritize projects that are environmentally sensitive and contribute demonstrably to healthy communities. We will not support organizations or projects that generate significant pollution or otherwise exert significantly negative environmental influence on their community.
