Jeannine Jacokes
Chief Executive Officer
Jeannine Jacokes was appointed CEO of Partners for the Common Good in 2001. Prior to coming to PCG, Jeannine served for more than six years as a senior member of the management team at the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund, where she was a leader in designing and implementing the Fund's programs and operations. She went to the CDFI Fund after serving as a senior policy advisor at the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs. During her five years at the Committee, Jeannine played a key role in drafting many of the laws that currently govern the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's programs, as well as monitoring and providing oversight of Federal regulatory agencies that administer laws which impact the availability of credit in underserved markets. Jeannine also served for two years at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
In addition to her work with PCG, Jeannine serves as senior policy advisor to the Community Development Bankers Association (CDBA), the national trade association for community development banks. She currently serves on the Board of Opportunity Finance Network and the CDFI Coalition, and previously served on the Board of the Social Enterprise Alliance. For three years, Jeannine was the President of the Board of Directors of the Women in Housing and Finance Foundation, a D.C. community foundation that promotes financial literacy among low-income individuals. Jeannine holds a Masters degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Kristin Faust
Director of Lending and Network Services
Kristin Faust has more than 25 years experience in community development finance serving the private, public and non-profit sectors. Ms. Faust formerly served as President of Enterprise Community Loan Fund, one of the largest non-depository community development financial institutions in the country. The $250,000,000 Loan Fund lends to non-profit organizations across the United States working to strengthen low-income communities through the development of affordable housing. Ms. Faust grew the organization threefold during her four year tenure. Prior to joining Enterprise Ms. Faust served as Chief Deputy Treasurer for California State Treasurer Philip Angelides where she was responsible for overseeing more than $300 billion in public investment funds. She was instrumental in the Treasurer’s Double Bottom Line Initiative which was responsible for over $8 billion being invested in California’s emerging markets, and also revamped the tax credit allocation process from a lottery to a transparent, scored process resulting in high quality affordable housing meeting Californians’ diverse needs.
Prior to working in California, Ms. Faust spent fifteen years in community development banking in Chicago, primarily with LaSalle National Bank where she was Senior Vice President and started the Community Development Lending Department. She received a BA from Brown University, and a Masters degree in City and Regional Planning from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Ms. Faust is a founding member of the National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders. She serves on the Board of Neighborworks Capital, and is a co-founder of the National Community Development Lending School sponsored annually by the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank. Larita Mimms
Finance Manager
Larita Mimms serves as PCG's principal finance officer and is responsible for coordinating financial management functions and general office administration. She also assists the Loan Administrator with billing and invoicing of borrowers. Larita is a seasoned accounting professional with a decade of accounting and financial management experience with the American Psychological Association (APA). Among other responsibilities, she was the sole accountant responsible for managing the finances of a 501(c)(6) subsidiary of the APA. Hilary Mughloo
Development & Communications Coordinator
As PCG's Development & Communications Coordinator, Hilary focuses on developing and implementing strategies to reach out and cultivate lending partners, borrowers, investors and funders. Hilary also manages the tracking of PCG social impacts through surveys and other data collectors. She assists the CEO in funding application requests and reporting, and maintains PCG's website and general online presence. Before joining PCG, Hilary worked at a variety of organizations, but was introduced to the CDFI field while working for two years at Alternatives Federal Credit Union, a certified CDFI in Ithaca, NY. Hilary graduated from the State University of NY at Potsdam with a BA in Psychology. Following graduation Hilary served as an Americorps*VISTA in Juneau, Alaska and also volunteered for an international non-profit promoting economic and cultural sustainability in Ladakh, India. Mike Bannon
Executive Assistant
Mike Bannon joined PCG in 2006. He provides administrative support to the CEO and staff and often serves as the first point of contact for borrowers, investors and funders who visit or contact our office. Prior to joining PCG, Mike worked with the Unitarian Universalist Affordable Housing Corporation (UUAHC) in Silver Spring, MD, assisting with loan servicing and creating written procedures for the organization. Mike's previous work experiences include Conference Registrar at the Investment Company Institute (ICI) in Washington DC, and Conference-Membership Coordinator at the Association for Ambulatory Behavioral Healthcare (AABH) in Alexandria, VA.
